Galveston Trip

This past weekend we took a Shaffer family trip to Galveston.  We all stayed in an awesome beach cabin close to the beach.  The weather was a little gloomy on Saturday, but could have been worse.  Sunday was nice and sunny- rest assured I definately got a little burned  :)

First Real Bath

  The doctor finally gave us the thumbs up on a real bath.  Gracin was pretty good during the whole thing, until it was over- I think she was crying because she was cold!  All in all, it went pretty well. 

                     No crying here!

First Month

Our newest addition to the family has brought us so much joy (and lack of sleep!).  We are still working on getting a schedule down, but I think that is normal with a one month old!  However, I am getting used to the sleep schedule a little better now and am able to get somethings done during the day, such as posting pictures.  Looking back at the earliest pics now make me realize how much Gracin has already changed.  Here are some of Gracin's earliest pictures:
