WOW it has been a while...

I guess time has gotten the best of me lately!  Gracin is about to be TWO, is ALL over the place, and jabbering up a storm (can't quite understand her rants, but she is very busy talking about something!).  Cory and I are staying very busy with work and lately I have likely overcommited myself to extra activities as well... but most are nutrition related, so it makes those extra hours OK! 

We had a great holiday time, as Gracin was able to interact much more this year! This March and April will be VERY busy for us as it seem that almost every Shaffer and Frederick  is celebrating a birthday at some point! I also have two great friends that are preggers and expecting (one day apart) in the quick arriving month of May... so great times ahead!

I decided I will just post some of the best pics in past few month and I will try to be better at updating.

 First trip to the duck pond. We started out on the ground, but some of those ducks are not scared of people at all! So we moved up on the bridge.
